Mother & Toddlers
Woolaston Allotment & Garden Society

In 1990 the Society was formed by people who had plots on new allotment ground on Woolaston Common. Others joined them but the only link now with the original allotmenteers  is historic, plus the fact that some members still rent a plot.
WAGS meet on the first Thursday every month in the Methodist hall at 8.0pm, usually to enjoy talks and demonstrations from top rate specialists in the gardening world.
Social occasions include an informal dinner in August and January and outings to well known gardens horticultural shows and places of interest during the summer.
Subs are very modest though anyone may come to a meeting on payment of a small visitor’s fee. Contact Joan (528160) for more details.
